# What are we looking for?
An ideal candidate should be passionate about sales. Experience in international sales preferably in a software development company. Good knowledge of the IT services and experience of International Marketing is an added advantage. Should have proven track record of selling directly to customers end to end. A professional who is self-motivated to constantly interact with customers on the phone/web & address complex problems. A strategic thinker with exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Passion for learning and open to the dynamic environment.
